Stan McElroy

Stan McElroy has been in the commercial Real Estate business for over 30 years.  His most recent project is Greater Texas Center in Manor, TX, home to the new Manor Post Office and, soon to Greater Texas Federal Credit Union.  He came to Austin in 1985 and was with the Texas General Land Office, Asset Management Division as the Director of Commercial Development. In 1990 Stan started his entrepreneurial-based Real Estate Development business, under which he operates today.  Stan graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA and attended the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas and was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations.

Blake Pitman

Before retiring, Blake W. Pittman was the Assistant Director of Commercial Leasing at the Texas General Land Office.  He was the General Land Office Representative to the Texas Business Council. Blake graduated from North Texas State University with a BA in History and English and he has a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Texas.  Blake is a Real Estate Appraiser and a Private Investor.

Born July 5, 1943 Blake is married to Lynne E. Hudson. They have three children Lauryn, Merydith, Garrett.

Bart Irby

Bart Irby is a highly experienced commercial real estate professional with 27 years of accomplishment in the Texas marketplace, with many premier accounts. Bart founded and operated the Barton Irby Company, a commercial real estate entity in 1994. He has developed grocer-anchored retail in the DFW market as well as single-family subdivision selling to regional home builders. He has been involved in many areas of the land business including brokerage, development and speculation. Bart has represented lenders and assisted in the disposition and management of commercial properties. He has handled site selection and development coordinator for multifamily developers in Texas and the southeastern United States and handled Tenant Representation for consumer retailer in the selection of store sites in Texas

Before starting Barton Irby Company, Bart was Vice President at the Trammell Crow Company and was actively involved in Tenant Representation as well as Institutional Investment Sales, National Tenant Representation, Build-to-suit projects and Institutional Income Property Sales. Prior to Trammell Crow, Bart was Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, where he was involved in all aspects of Investment Property Sales.

Bart has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin. He is married and has 4 sons. His activities include Assistant Scout Master, Troop 82, BSA; Board of Directors of Viridian Municipal Management District; Member of Texas Exes Foundation; and Park Cities Presbyterian Church.

Tish Winston

Tish Winston is a 5th generation Bastropian. She is married with three children and a member of New Life Fellowship. She is on the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Club and also on the planning and zoning commission for the City of Bastrop. Tish started out as a contact center representative for Bluebonnet, but currently serves as the Bastrop County and Manor community representative. She has over 10 years of customer relations experience. Tish is a member of the Bastrop, Smithville and Elgin Chambers of Commerce. She sits on the Board of the Manor Chamber of Commerce.

Geovanna Ricaldi

Geovanna Ricaldi is the Executive Director for the Manor Education Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to enhancing the educational outcomes of Manor ISD students at all levels.  Ms. Ricaldi has served in this position for the past ten years, and has both led many successful fundraising efforts to perpetuate and achieve the lofty and important goals of MEF and managed a $1MM+ endowment. 

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with majors in the fields of Journalism, Advertising, and Spanish Literature, Ms. Ricaldi draws upon her education and her experience in the non-profit sector, including community organization, personnel management, capital campaigns and event planning.  Ms. Ricaldi has also served on several boards and committees for organizations in the Midwest and in Texas, including Manor Economic Development Corporation, Manor GovFresh, the Neighborhood Development Center in Milwaukee and the U.S. Hispanic Leadership Institute in Chicago. 

Ms. Ricaldi is a 14-year resident in the Austin area, committed wife and mother of 2 and is dedicated to balancing the success of family and worthwhile professional and personal causes."

Dick Peterson

Dick Peterson retired in 2009 from Austin Energy Green Building, City of Austin, Texas. Dick now is an Evironmental Consultant specializing in green building, water conservation, Xeriscape landscape design, water-efficient water features and rainwater harvesting assistance.  Dick and his wife live in one of Manor’s premier developments, ShadowGlen Residential Community.
